Online Course Access and Certification Disclaimer
By enrolling in and accessing this online course, the learner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Course Access Period Access to this course shall remain available to the learner for a period of thirty (30) calendar days beginning on the date the course is first accessed or started. Upon expiration of the 30-day access period, the learner’s access to all course materials, modules, chapters, quizzes, and related content will automatically terminate without further notice.
Course Navigation and Review During the 30-day access period, the learner may freely navigate, review, and revisit any section, module, chapter, or portion of the course at any time and as often as desired. Learners are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review all course materials to ensure a complete understanding of the subject matter before attempting the Final Course Quiz.
Final Course Quiz and Certification Requirements To qualify for and receive a Certificate of Completion, the learner must: ⦁ Attempt the Final Course Quiz; and ⦁ Achieve a minimum passing score of seventy percent (70%).
Quiz Attempt Limitation Learners are permitted a maximum of two (2) total attempts to successfully complete the Final Course Quiz and achieve the required minimum passing score of 70%. Failure to achieve a passing score within the allotted attempts will result in ineligibility for certification unless otherwise determined by Excellent Strategies.
Learner Responsibility The learner assumes full responsibility for properly navigating the course platform and the Final Course Quiz. Excellent Strategies, as the Course Administrator, shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, technical misunderstandings, accidental submissions, incomplete quiz attempts, navigation mistakes, or other learner-related issues encountered during the course or quiz process.
